Cricket News: The match between the Hobart Hurricanes and the Melbourne Stars took place as part of the Australian T20 League Big Bash. The Hurricanes won the match by 24 runs. Batting first, the Hurricanes scored 180 for six. It was difficult for the Melbourne team to achieve this goal as they played 20 overs and managed only 156 runs for the loss of nine wickets. The Melbourne team tried desperately to reach the goal set by the Hurricanes but failed to succeed. Hurricanes opener Bonn McDermott scored a superb half-century.
