West Indies star all-rounder Dwayne Bravo says goodbye to international cricket. He announced that he would be saying goodbye to the game after the ongoing T20 World Cup tournament. He made the announcement after the Windies’ defeat in the match against Sri Lanka on Thursday. He told her it was time to say goodbye. He said he had been playing for the West Indies for 18 years and had faced many setbacks on the journey. But, he explained that playing on the Caribbean team always feels lucky. Bravo said the West Indies have won three ICC trophies and retained their name at the international level. He recalled winning two trophies under the captaincy of Darren Sammy. Bravo made these comments on Facebook Live after the match with Lanka on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the Sri Lankan team, which has no chance of making the semis in the T20 World Cup, emerged victorious in its final group match. The victory over the West Indies by 20 runs on Thursday.
