India Vs New Zealand: The three-T20 series between India and New Zealand begins. India won the first match of the series at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur. Now the second match is scheduled to be played on Friday, November 19 at the Jharkhand Cricket Association Stadium in Ranchi. However, the clouds of crisis loomed over the match. A petition has been filed in the Jharkhand High Court against the management of the match. A petition has been filed in the Jharkhand High Court seeking adjournment of the second T20 match between India and New Zealand or permission to hold the match at half capacity at the stadium.

Jharkhand High Court lawyer Dheeraj Kumar has filed a petition in the Jharkhand High Court against the opening of 100 per cent seats to spectators in the second T20 match of the New Zealand vs India series at the JSCA Stadium in the Jharkhand State Cricket Association on Friday. The lawyer objected to the exemption for conducting cricket matches with 100 per cent efficiency.

He said that while temples, all courts and other offices in the state were working with 50 per cent staff on the corona virus, the state government had not given any permission to use the cricket stadium at 100 per cent capacity. The petition sought to postpone tomorrow’s match or to ban the use of the stadium at 100 per cent capacity. The lawyer also made a special request to the court to hold a speedy hearing on the petition. So that the trial can be conducted quickly. The state government was able to suspend the orders in this regard.

Two days ago, the state government allowed only 50 per cent of the seats in the stadium to be booked for a cricket match between New Zealand vs India. However this decision was withdrawn and all the seats were allotted. The second match of the India-New Zealand T20 series will be played here on Friday.
