IPL 2022 Mega Auction: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have reportedly decided to retain their captain MS Dhoni for another three years. However, netizens are the gurus with such decisions. Many call CSK action ‘suicide’. Others are tweeting asking the franchise to keep the captaincy for just one year rather than three.
It is learned that Dhoni has given CSK a fourth title in the IPL this year. However, Dhoni is already 40 years old and keeping him as captain for another three seasons is considered a big mistake.
According to the BCCI Retention Policy, franchises are allowed to retain only four players. Teams must submit a final list by November 30.
