Comedian Raju Srivastava passes away: Popular stand-up comedian Raju Srivastava (58) passed away.

Comedian Raju Srivastava passes away: Popular comedian Raju Srivastava (58) is no more. Srivastava, who was undergoing treatment at Delhi AIIMS for the past 40 days, breathed his last on Wednesday morning. On August 10, while working out in the gym, he felt chest pain and collapsed on the spot. His family members admitted him to AIIMS in Delhi. Srivastava, who was undergoing treatment at AIIMS for the last 40 days, passed away today. The news of Srivastava’s death was confirmed by his family members.

The team of doctors who treated Srivastava desperately tried to save him. His fans also wished for Srivastava’s return. At night they worshiped and prayed to God. However, neither the efforts of the doctors nor the prayers of the fans could save his life. Srivastava’s brain was deprived of oxygen during treatment. The doctors revealed that the upper part of the brain did not get oxygen and as a result Srivastava did not regain consciousness. Finally he left the world forever.

Raju Srivastava has been working in the entertainment industry since 1980. In 2005, Raju Srivastava gained recognition after participating in the first season of the stand-up comedy show ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’.

He also acted in many films like ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’, ‘Amdani Aathani.. Kharcha Rupaya’, ‘My Prem Ki Deewani Hoon’ and entertained the audience.

Meanwhile, many Bollywood actors and fans expressed shock over Raju Srivastava’s death.
