Chief selector Chetan Sharma has praised Ruturaj Gaikwad, who has been selected for the upcoming ODIs against South Africa. The Maharashtra batsman told the national team that he would “do wonders”. India will play three ODIs against South Africa on January 19, 21 and 23 in Parl and Cape Town respectively. The selection panel headed by Chetan Sharma selected the team for the ODIs on Friday. “He had the opportunity at the right time. He was in the T20 squad.
