“If the accused cannot be arrested, please provide details of the steps taken by the Delhi Police to arrest the accused,” the DCW said in the notice.
It is learned that Kohli released a powerful statement against sectarianism last week. “Those who have no backbone make such comments and we are not intimidated by such comments,” Kohli told reporters before the New Zealand match.
