Trending Video: A video of Team India veteran batsman Shikhar Dhawan has gone viral. Dhawan shared a video on Instagram. In it he starred on a dialogue from the movie Sholay. He shared the video with the caption ‘How many men are there’. Over one and a half million people watched this video on Instagram. Even before this, Dhawan shared many interesting videos on social media.
Dhawan is currently out of Team India due to poor form. He did not get a place in the Indian Test team. Hence not playing in the Test series against South Africa. However, there is a chance that his return to the Oval will be expected. India have not yet announced their squad for the ODI series against South Africa.
Shikhar Dhawan has done well in ODI and Test formats. Apart from this, he also excelled in T20 matches. Dhawan has scored 2315 runs in 34 Tests. He also scored 6105 runs in 145 ODIs. He played his last ODI against Sri Lanka in July 2021 and his last Test match against England in September 2018.
Left-handed batsman Dhawan has scored 5 half-centuries in the last 10 matches of ODIs. Dhawan played an unbeaten 86 against Sri Lanka in July 2021. Earlier in March 2021, he played a superb innings of 98 against England in the Pune ODIs. The legendary batsman scored his last ODI century against Australia in June 2019. He scored 117 in the match played at the Oval.
