The Indian women’s cricket team’s tour of New Zealand has come to an end. New Zealand Cricket (NCZ) released its full schedule on Friday. As part of this, India and New Zealand will play in one T20 and five ODIs. The tour of India will begin with the inaugural T20 match on February 9 next year. The Women’s ODI World Cup will be held in New Zealand between March and April. The BCCI has set up the series as part of its preparations for the World Cup.
Along with the fast and bouncy pitches in New Zealand, the tournament will be organized to help Indian women adapt to the weather conditions there. The last time India and New Zealand met was in January 2019. India won the bilateral ODI series hosted by New Zealand 2-1, while the Kiwis swept the three-match T20 series clean.
This is the schedule of the Indian women’s team in New Zealand.
